Radon Testing

The invisible gas no homebuyer can afford to ignore

Radon is the second-leading cause of lung cancer in the United States, and it can be present in any home — new or old. Because it's colorless, odorless, and tasteless, the only way to know your risk is to test.

We place a calibrated continuous radon monitor in the lowest lived-in level of the home for the required 48-hour period, then submit samples for laboratory analysis. You receive a clear pass/fail result with our recommendation — and if levels are elevated, we'll point you to qualified mitigation.
