Our story
Built by inspectors who hate surprises
TrueCheck started in 2011 when our founder — a licensed inspector and former contractor — watched a family lose their life savings on a home with a failing foundation that a rushed, hour-long inspection had missed. He promised himself no buyer would ever go in blind again.
Today our team of state-licensed inspectors has examined more than 6,500 homes across the region. We are small enough that your call is answered by a person, and thorough enough that our 1,200+ point checklist catches what others walk past.
